Hello once again! I hope you’re doing well and your family is settling in well with school. I’m happy to be back in the saddle and with the stress-induced bad eating we’ve been doing here, it’s time we started fresh and get ourselves back on the healthy eating band-wagon. My children love to eat healthy and they’ll be happy to see their parents once again setting a good example. Healthy eating need not be difficult or take a lot of time. In fact, it can be fun delicious! This week I’m sharing some great resources to help you and your family eat better and live happier.
If you missed last week’s round-up, I featured Early Literacy. Have a look through and be inspired! This resource for Moms is packed full of parenting tips, activities for children, crafts, recipes and more!

True Aim Education has created this fun file folder game to help her children learn about healthy eating, and you can get your free copy here.
Schooling a Monkey shows us how to make our own healthy dried apple slices. My children love to eat the ones my mom makes! You can’t go wrong with dried fruit, especially when the kids help to make it.
Of course, you’ll need a refreshing drink to go with your snack, so why not make your own lemonade? Adorned From Above shares her simple recipe.
If these ideas have made you hungry or thirsty and you’d like more, A Life in Balance has rounded up some cookbooks and books about food for kids.
