We’ve had a fantastic Christmas, despite the weather warnings and treacherous drive home Boxing Day. There wasn’t any snow, but there were severe winds and rain. We’re now looking forward to 2014 and the adventures it will bring. We didn’t host a mom’s Library last week, but we’re back and ready to go again this week! Now that Christmas is over and we’re winding down and trying to get back into our routines, I am focusing on kid-made Christmas Thank You Cards this week. Thanks you cards aren’t just for Christmas; these activities could easily be adapted to any time your children would like to send a thank you.
Check out last week’s Mom’s Library featuring 110+ Kid-made Tree Ornaments as well as many other awesome ideas!
Kid-made Christmas thank you cards
Our family will be making a few types of kid-made Christmas thank you cards this year, including these made from baby wipe lids:
Growing Book By Book has a handy template to help children send a thank you letter to Santa.
Toddlers Through Preschool has some simple cards for preschoolers to make and includes lots of information on making the experience more interactive and educational.
Gummy Lump has some beautiful cards made with cookie cutters and scratch art I’m sure children would love to make.
