It’s been more than busy this past week here and I’ve enjoyed the distraction of browsing through the 106 fabulous ideas everyone shared last week with Mom’s Library! It’s just what I needed to put some wind in my sails. Speaking of sails, this week I am featuring Pirates, Parrots and Spies!

Pirates, Parrots and Spies
First to walk the plank are Pirates:
Like Momma Like Daughter has some fabulously fun ideas for shiploads of pirate fun. There are pictures, treasure hunting, and some ideas made from things around the house as well.
Every Pirate Needs a Parrot:
Frogs & Snails & Puppy Dog Tails have made cute little hand print parrots. Good fun and also a way to incorporate colour and shape learning as well:
And finally Spies:
My Little Bookcase is on the case hunting for words and letters. A great idea for filling a short space of time and making a game out of learning!
