Good evening and happy Thursday! I’m a little behind this week as yesterday was a holiday here in Northern Ireland and as Phil was home for the day I had planned to work for 12 hours…but technology had other ideas for me and nothing was accomplished. However, I am hoping for a day-trip out with the kids soon that will involve 5 hours of public transport in each direction…so I will be sure to have some boredom busting ideas with me for that! Luckily we all enjoy just looking out the window and watching the country go by while chatting; but it’s always good to have a fun surprise up one’s sleeve!

Road Trip Boredom Busters
It can be difficult to choose books for toddlers and young children. That’s why we have What To Read Wednesday! Each week a few of us put together a great selection of books on a given topic and bring them to you to help narrow down the choices for you.
To make things even easier for you, I have provided Amazon links to these books for both my American and British readers. The American links are the title of the book, and the UK links are in brackets. Enjoy!

Strangely enough, I don’t think I’ve ever played that, but a road trip is a good reason to do so!
