Snowball painting is a fun activity for the children using the re-purposed snowball garland purchased in November.
We snipped off a couple of the snowballs and used them to make painted pictures.
Tristan used his snowball first to make a traditional snowman on a snow-covered ground. He even added a bit of a blizzard for more effect.
Kallista veered from the obvious choice and used her snowball to make both splats and strokes with the paint.
This then became intriguing to Tristan and his next painting was more abstract, adding a couple of colour layers upon each other.
Kallista then took that as her cue to become creative and dove in hands first!
This was an interesting project. What else can we use these “snowballs” for?
